Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing for fixed assets, AR, AP, & recharge-expenses, and reporting to HQ
- Maintain fixed assets register for business units, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Conduct annual on-site audits to verify the physical existence of assets.
- Monthly closing for journal entries, accruals, and cost recovery also updating balance sheet schedules.
- Manage master data and company balances, inter-company transactions with subsidiaries or related parties.
- Oversee accounts receivable including daily/weekly collection and timely processing of invoices
- Generate monthly aging reports for all business units, and calculating AR provisions
- Conduct annual credit limit reviews, ensuring terms and amounts are up to date.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits
- Review financial procedures, streamline and automate finance-related processes.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams on projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar environment.
- Good working knowledge of related accounting standards.
- Proficient in Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation & analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO is advantageous.
