Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze essential financial reports, including monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reviews.
- Reconcile key accounts (e.g., Fixed Assets, Payroll, Inventory, Royalties).
- Statutory Compliance & Audits
- Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax filings (VAT/GST, Withholding Tax) and support required government surveys.
- Daily Operations & Cost Management
- Support cost control by collaborating with department heads.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular follow-ups and stock checks.
- Track and close CIP projects on time and manage Fixed Assets on a quarterly basis.
- Help manage AP/AR Aging and inventory within Working Capital Requirements.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Drive continuous improvement within GL processes.
- Maintain clear and organized e-documentation.
- Gain a solid understanding of our business operations and organizational structure.

Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and operational management.
