Responsibilities:
. Hands-on in preparation of financial reports in compliances with the Group and Company policies and SFRS standards.
. Overall, in-charge of full set of books bookkeeping which include GL, AP & AR related matters.
. Perform revenue and cost recognition according to SFRS115 accounting standard
. Coordinate closely with the sales, project, and operations teams to maintain up-to-date project statuses. Ensure timely updates to project-related schedules, including contract assets, contract liabilities, and project job costing, in preparation for review.
. Provide support on credit control and AR collections related functions.
. To support the company on the financial reporting and tax filing related matters
. Handle internal and external statutory audit related matters, preparation of statutory accounts.
. To assist the Finance & Operations team on any ad hoc task as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent Holding a CPA qualification will be an advantage.
. Strong in SFRS or IFRS knowledge and able to work in tight dateline environment.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially in MS-Excel & MS-Word.
. Meticulous, organized and ability to handle multi-task in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.
. A resourceful team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels.
. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
. Minimum with 3-5 years including audit or operations experiences.
. With good knowledge and exposure on project accounting will be advantageous
