Hands-on in preparation of financial reports in compliances with the Group and Company policies and SFRS standards.
Overall, in-charge of full set of books bookkeeping which include GL, AP & AR related matters.
Perform revenue and cost recognition according to SFRS115 accounting standard
Coordinate closely with the sales, project, and operations teams to maintain up-to-date project statuses. Ensure timely updates to project-related schedules, including contract assets, contract liabilities, and project job costing, in preparation for review.
Provide support on credit control and AR collections related functions.
To support the company on the financial reporting and tax filing related matters
Handle internal and external statutory audit related matters, preparation of statutory accounts.
To assist the Finance & Operations team on any ad hoc task as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent Holding a CPA qualification will be an advantage.
Strong in SFRS or IFRS knowledge and able to work in tight dateline environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially in MS-Excel & MS-Word.
Meticulous, organized and ability to handle multi-task in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.
A resourceful team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Minimum with 3-5 years including audit or operations experiences.
With good knowledge and exposure on project accounting will be advantageous
