Scope:
- Manage the month-end closing process for fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and recharge-related transactions, ensuring accurate reporting to HQ on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register for business units, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. Conduct annual on-site audits to verify the physical existence of assets.
- Handle monthly closing tasks such as preparing journal entries, accruals, and processing cost recovery (credit/debit notes), ensuring timely entries into SAP financial modules and updating balance sheet schedules.
- Manage master data and company balances, coordinating inter-company transactions with subsidiaries or related parties.
- Ensure accurate preparation of monthly inter-company balances
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) processes, including daily or weekly collection and timely processing of invoices through the SAP system. Ensure accurate reconciliation and offsetting of payments.
- Generate and review monthly aging reports for all business units, calculating AR provisions based on HQ guidelines. Conduct annual credit limit reviews, ensuring terms and amounts are up to date.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Review and update financial procedures, working to streamline and automate finance-related processes. Ensure all procedures align with company policies.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar environment.
- Good working knowledge of related accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation & analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO is advantageous.
- Possess good interpersonal and good problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
