Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly accounts, ensuring all supporting schedules are accurately maintained and documented.
- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile internal financial data with third-party statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Financial Schedules Maintenance: Maintain and update various financial schedules to support overall financial health and reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and ensure all monthly MAS reporting forms are completed in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Document Management: Organize and file financial documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks and projects as required to support the finance team.
Requirements:
- About 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, including full set accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
- Meticulous, attention to detail.
- Experience in financial audit preferable.
