DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Finance Duties
. Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR), payroll, CPF, HR, GST & tax matters
. Maintenance of proper accounting records & filing system
. Handle petty cash & expenses
. Liaising with Group Finance Executive and auditors & preparing statements for yearly audit
. Preparing quotations for civil work.
. Any other duties as and when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
. Min. O levels with accounting, or Any diploma, Degree
. Min. 0-2 years relevant experience
. Able to work independently
. Strong sense of integrity, responsibility with a positive attitude
. Meticulous and very detailed-oriented
. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Xero
