Accountant (Regional role, MNC)

My client is a leading global shipbroking firm with a presence in Singapore, currently on the lookout for an Accountant to join their Singapore team.

As a crucial member of the finance department, you'll be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensure accurate and timely month-end closings for their entities across the regions (involves countries such as Singapore, China, Denmark, Hong Kong, Japan, US), preparing journals, intercompany reconcialiations, GST and VAT filings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with exposure to multinational operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office experience with Navision accounting system preferred.
• Energetic, positive attitude, and hands-on approach.
