Responsibilities

• To oversee AP management & remittance function
• To oversee AR management & collection function
• Freight invoice processing
• Packing invoice processing
• Staff claim processing
• General Ledger function
• Bookkeeping, monthly closing , financial reporting & support budgetary operations
• Electronic storage management
• Singapore GST filing & ACAP requirement
• Statistics report preparation
• Liaise with external/internal auditors & corporate secretary
• Other ad hoc assignment or job rotation as required by management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy
• Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in accounting position (including full-set accounting)
