Job Responsibilities:
. This role will require you to support GL, AP and AR activities, and to be part of the monthly closing process and other recurring accounting activities for the entity.
. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
. Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
. Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
. Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
Requirement
. Bachelor's degree in one of: business, finance, accountancy or similar field. CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA Certification is preferred.
. 2 - 3 years of experience working in audit, accounting/finance-related or similar field.
. Advance understanding and knowledge of Accounting in Construction Industry
. Highly flexible, creative problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task.
. High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritize own work on multiple projects.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
