Job Description

Accounting & Compliance Assistant Manager

9. Has at least 4 years of experience in accounting and/or compliance

Responsibilities

1. Finance & accounting

- Handle the Company, Fund and External Asset Management accounting and financial reporting

- Coordinate and review accounts prepared by fund accountants

- Review of quarterly NAV packages and Partner's Capital Account Statements

- Coordinate annual audits and reporting

2. Cash management

- Prepare monthly payments and payment vouchers

- Update bank reconciliation and cashflow

- Open and maintain bank accounts, custodian accounts and brokerage accounts

3. Corporate secretarial and tax

- Coordinate corporate secretarial work

- Coordinate quarterly GST and annual tax prepared by tax agents

4. Compliance

- Assist with Monetary Authority of Singapore compliance reporting and IRAS annual CRS & FATCA reporting for Funds

- Assist in managing compliance & risk management functions such as administering KYC verifications (screening, reviewing, and maintaining records) on incoming and ongoing of investors, clients, vendors, and representatives, and coordinating Business Continuity Management processes

5. Professional Development

- Proactively find ways to develop further your professional skills in accounting and compliance

- Cross-train in other teams when a suitable opportunity arises
