About our client: Our client is a leading global chemical manufacturing company.
.The role will be hired on a 1-year contract basis to support the finance team.
About the role:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data analysis within established deadlines.
- Maintain the general ledger and support accounting activities.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the preparation of the quarterly consolidation package.
- Manage daily operations in the general ledger system.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with auditors for both annual and quarterly audits.
- Oversee daily operations in accounts payable maintenance.
- Update and manage supplier and customer master data.
- Assist in cash flow management and projection reporting.
- Help prepare corporate income tax data.
- Contribute to the preparation of GST reports.
- Assist in the annual inventory stock take.
- Provide ad-hoc support for various accounting and finance tasks.
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Diploma in Accountancy.
