Accounting Executive

Role Overview:

Deliver high-quality accounting services to a diverse client portfolio. Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, management reports, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with SFRS and GST regulations. Handle complex client queries, collaborate with internal teams, and support audit processes to maintain client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and prepare management/annual reports.
• Prepare and submit GST returns liaise with IRAS during audits.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
• Collaborate with HQ, auditors, and clients to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full sets of accounts in a client or professional firm.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Skilled in resolving complex audit issues.
• Strong communication skills able to manage diverse client needs.
• Meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
• Open to Singaporeans/PRs only.
