Jobscope:
- Review balance sheet schedules, including bank reconciliations, and address aged items with GBS and business operations.
- Oversee fixed asset capitalization and disposals per company policy.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end closing, including BPC reporting to Group.
- Manage InControl Framework and provide compliance guidance.
- Review GST submissions and ensure accurate tax computations.
- Ensure statutory reporting aligns with relevant accounting and reporting standards.
- Address external/internal audit issues related to General Ledger.
- Plan and oversee monthly/yearly stock counts, ensuring alignment with InControl Framework.
- Provide technical accounting expertise to GBS and business operations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess a solid technical accounting background.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
