Responsibilities:
. Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, etc.
. Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliation, staff reimbursement, etc.
. Preparation of financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliation and submit quarterly GST returns
. Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters
. Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto-Count would be an added advantage
. Meticulous and careful, possess an eye for details
. Independent and team player
