Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Proficient in using accounting software to record and analyze financial transactions
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate logistics management in Warehouse Mgmt System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles preferred.
- Fresh Grads are welcome.
- Proficiency in accounting software,WMS & Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, and general ledger
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
