Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our accounting function, while also handling payroll and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, send and follow up on invoices for business operations
- Review and recording of vendor and supplier invoices, receipts
- Prepare monthly account summary
- Review timesheets and prepare payroll
- Oversee general office administration and office cleanliness
- Assist in managing office-related tasks, including responding to texts and supporting day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of accounting is required
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience with accounting and / or administration is a plus
- Ability to prepare GST & tax submissions is a plus
