Highlights:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of invoice, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable & general ledger.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Assist with other accounts enquiries whenever as required
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related fields.
- At least 2 years of accounts experience.
- Good PC literacy.
- Good communication skills (Spoken and Written)
