Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Basic $2300-$2800
  • Company provided both ways - Tanah Merah MRT
  • Performance Bonus
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5.15pm (work in office)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process member payments (AXS, Paynow, internet banking).
  • Verify cheques against listings prepare for bank deposit follow up on dishonored cheques.
  • Manage GIRO and recurring credit card applications activate accounts after bank approval.
  • Resolve unsuccessful GIRO and credit card deductions.
  • Reconcile weekly F&B sales receipts with Membership system and invoices.
  • Generate monthly subscription and admin fees.
  • Address member inquiries update records prepare adjustments or refunds as needed.
  • Submit Termination and Reinstatement Report monthly.
  • Generate and distribute member statements by the 10th working day.
  • Provide expired/terminated member lists for refund processing.
  • Reconcile F&B recoverable accounts with GL.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/ Finance /LCCI or any equivalent with 2 years of experience in handling and servicing customer enquiry
  • Singaporean Only
