Overall in charge of the company's HR & Accounts Work and general day-to-day office administrative duties.
Report directly to the Director.

Accounting Responsibilities:
- Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transaction
Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher and Cheque Payment to Supplier- Checking, verifying and processing expenses claimed by staffs(Petty Cash)
Monitoring cash flow, and aging report
Monitor A/R & A/P Xero software knowledge would be advantage
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist with foreign employee related queries
Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event
- Infotech knowledge would be advantage
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle company confidential documents
General administrative duties- Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram
Requirements:- Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
- Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
* Able to work overtime
