Accounts & Admin:
- Handle Account Receivables & Account Payables.
Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and mails.- Keep track of office payables (utilities, printing, rental, staff compensations, etc) and report to senior accounts colleague.
General administrative duties including petty cash, data entries & filing.
- Hotel and flight reservations for traveling staffs.
Human Resources:
- Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, OT, reimbursements, compensations, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation.
Processing monthly compensation and benefits.- Apply for work permit for foreign staff(s).
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Min 5 years of accounts and clerical experience in Engineering service industry or in related field.
Conversant with MS office and AUTOCOUNT (Accounting software).- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Good team player with positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
Attention to detail and well organized.- Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.
Exceptional written communication skills.- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
