. Perform stock checks of warehouse & van every month end
. Prepare and Balance Monthly GST G5 report

HR Responsibilities
. Maintain records and compile reports such as attendance, leave and overtime etc.
. Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
. Assist in shortlisting, recruiting and arranging of interviews during the recruitment process
. Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters
. Handle MOM work pass related matters
. Register and update employee's training courses and training grants
Requirements
. Meticulous and ability to Multi-task
. Independent and good team player
. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
. Good communication skills in English
