- Person will be resposible for all accounting work.
Candidate should be well excellent in tally, MS excel, MS outlook.- Preparation and input of month end journal voucher.
Inputting, Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices.
- Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash flow.
Assist in preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.- Full scope of all accounts related jobs.
Preparation of various reports for Manager.
- At least a year experience.
Sales
- Assist customers with their wine selection
Understand companys product knowledge- Ensure that payments are processed correctly
Advertising wines, by handing customers wine catalogues
- Report customer complaints to superiors
Assist in placing wine orders- Conduct stock take in warehouse
To submit new customer database to the manager
- Carry out any other duties as per reporting manager
Interest in wine- Any ad-hoc/admin duties as per assigned
To handle cooperate business sales accounts
- With basic wine knowledge is advantage
Wine knowledge will be provided if required- Ensure of achieving personal and team sales target
Min. 2 years in cooperate sale of wines
