My client located near Tai Seng is seeking an Accounts Assistant with full set of accounts to support the FC in day to day accounting transactions.
1. Performing day to day accounting transactions
2. Journal entries
3. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
4. Working with spreadsheets, general ledgers and journals.
5. Recording and filing cash transactions.
6. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
7. Invoice processing and filing.
8. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
9. Bank reconciliation.
10. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
11. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
You should have at least 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with full set of accounts experience.
Added advantage if you have knowledge of SAP business one
This is a six month temp contract to cover maternity leave
