Job Description
Provide accounting support functions such as
- Maintenance of cash book records and the reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Recording and reconciliation of supplier invoices and payments on accounting software
- Assisting in ensuring all receipts and payments are correctly recorded
- Cashflow forecasting
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments for month end
- Fixed Asset register maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of GST returns
- Preparation of audit schedules and reports
- Any ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent, Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
- Knowledge of SME accounting software, online software - Xero, QuickBook
- Mature and independent with good work attitude
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, fast learner
