Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Handle basic account payable and receivable, claims payment and day-to-day accounting matters

- Issue local and overseas payment and bank reconciliation

- Implement, document, monitor and maintain financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures

- Coordinate with auditor & clients for auditing

- Assist in filing GST returns & corporate tax

- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Requirements:*

- At least Diploma graduate or equivalent

- Minimum 1 years experience working in Finance Department

- Experience working with MYOB, UBS and Quickbook Accounting software is an added advantage

- Strong analytical skills and meticulous and proficient in MS office

- High level of initiative and possess good attitude

- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment

Working hours: Mon to Fri,
  • 30am to 6pm

    Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
