Job Description

  • To process invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner
  • To perform vendor reconciliations and follow up with unreconciled transactions
  • To assist AP accountant on AP process improvement project
  • To support AP Accountant during month-end closing of accounts
  • To assist in new project on AP process improvement
  • To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  • Prior accounting experience would be advantageous
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Tech-savvy
  • Available to commence immediately
