Job Description
. Handling full sets accounting for the company, timely submission of the monthly closing report to management with analysis and respond immediately to the management if any.
. Perform basic HR function for the company such as recruitment, induction & on-boarding, performance management, compensation & welfare and insurance for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
. Accounting
. Handling full set accounts
. Year End Audit
. Bank reconciliation
. Update labor & other revenue in sales summary as requested by management
. Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
. Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
. Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
. Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
. Filing on employer and employee income tax
. Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
. Human Resource
. In charge on recruitment for the new employee and the internship student
. Induction & on-boarding for the new join
. Performance management review
. Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)
. Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
. Submission & renewal for employee work pass
. Update leave and MC record
. Preparing & submission for CPF
Requirements
. Knowledge
. 5years and above working experience in related field
. Knowledge in accounting skills and sensitive with number
. Basic knowledge for Human Resources
. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
. Skills
. Good command in English & writing skills
. Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
. Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
