Job Description

Established in 1995 Classic Auto Rental specializes in short term rental and long term leasing for both individual and corporate entities.

We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual who's ready to bring energy, skill, and passion to our growing organization.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:-

  • Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Handles sales invoicing.
  • Prepare of monthly financial statements and report.
  • Monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
  • GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS's regulation.
  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma / LCCI/CAT or equivalents
  • 1 year of working experience
  • Fresh Diploma are welcome to apply
