Roles & Responsibilities: _Handling full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL);_
_Prepare for Monthly Closing, P&L and Balance Sheet;_
_Cash Flow Management;_
_Handling GST and other Statutory Returns, Payroll and Project Costing;_
_Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process;_
_Experience in preparing government statistic board surveys;_
_Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters;_
_Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management._
_At least Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI or equivalent _
_Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry;_
_Proficient in MYOB Software and Microsoft Office;_
_Meticulous and detail oriented._
