Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Process sales orders to customer invoices.
  • Keep track of outstanding payments from customers and prepare AR aging reports.
Serve walk-in customers by taking orders or helping with product recommendations
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to fulfil delivery orders.
Respond to telephone queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
For providing our customers with attentive and prompt service.
For coordinating with our logistics team to fulfil delivery orders.
  • An ability to organise and work cleanly so that
Customers are invoiced accurately and on time;
Transactions and journal entries are entered correctly into our ERP system.
  • A basic background in bookkeeping or accounting, otherwise training (on-the-job or external course) will be provided.
Able to work
  • 5 days per week (half day on Saturdays)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
