Responsibilities- Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Process sales orders to customer invoices.- Keep track of outstanding payments from customers and prepare AR aging reports.
Serve walk-in customers by taking orders or helping with product recommendations
- Coordinate with our logistics team to fulfil delivery orders.
Respond to telephone queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Customers are invoiced accurately and on time;
Transactions and journal entries are entered correctly into our ERP system.- A basic background in bookkeeping or accounting, otherwise training (on-the-job or external course) will be provided.
