Accounts Assistant (MNC / Basic up to 3.5k / 5 days)

The company's engineering performance covers China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America and other regions, involving airports, ports, highways, railways, power plants, municipal administration, petrochemical industry, national defense engineering, and land reclamation from the sea.

They are hiring for an accounts assistant, this position is responsible for providing support to the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Work Location: Paya Lebar (2 minutes walk from MRT station)

Work Week: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of AR / AP
• Data entry in Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
• Prepare and process payment after approval
• To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing and accounts reconciliation
• Handle month-end closing of books of accounts
• Check and tally Trial Balance Account involved between Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
• Prepare monthly accounting reports
• Ad-hoc account-related tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Preferred knowledge of QuickBooks software / NC Accounting System
• Possess working experience in construction field
