This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting team in all Accounts Receivable tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue intercompany billings and record Accounts Receivable receipts accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative support, including managing mail/in-trays for senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs), handling purchase requisitions and orders, managing office supplies, overseeing local and international courier services, and coordinating archival tasks.
• Serve as a backup for the Department Secretary during absences.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus
