In this role, successful candidates will join the finance team. Candidates are expected to assist in managing the full set of accounts for the company. This includes the following:
- Full set of accounts, monitoring the day-to-day financial operations
- Manage and process supplier invoices / payments or SOA
- Timely submission of quarterly GST and annual Corporate tax filing
- Liaise with bankers to establish payments and L/C
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and keeping track of aged items
- Manage company cashflow
Qualifications and competencies:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or any other relevant fields
- Min. 2 years working experience (Open to fresh graduates who are willing to learn)
- Experience in foreign exchange is an advantage
- A team player that is dedicated to get the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn
