We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant with a strong background in accounting to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can handle accounts-related tasks and assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
. Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
. Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts.
. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting information.
. Support administrative tasks, such as document management and filing.
. Handle office communications and maintain organized records.
. Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
. Diploma or relevant certification in Accounting or related field.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
. Experience with ODOO software is an advantage.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
. Salary: $2800 - $3200 (commensurate with experience).
. 5.5-day work week.
. Location: East Singapore.
