Responsible for full spectrum of accounting (such as General Ledger, Inventories, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions):
- Perform recording of accounting transactions and analyse financial information, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and supporting schedules
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Prepare Singapore GST returns and assist with tax compliance matters
- Coordinate with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and government authorities, where required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as preparation of financial statements in XBRL format)
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply. Working experience in an accounting firm will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications knowledge of accounting software (such as XERO and QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Proactive, committed and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
