Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Office Equipment Supplier
Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive
- Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 Days. Mon Fri (9am -
- 30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Assist in the daily operations of the Finance, HR, and Admin Departments.- Record invoices from suppliers and employee expense claims.
Process payments to vendors and staff.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with suppliers statements of account.
Maintain the fixed assets register.- Perform month-end financial close procedures.
Generate and compile monthly financial reports.
- Prepare and submit GST returns accurately.
Answer and screen telephone calls promptly and correctly.- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
Process other documents including invoices, delivery orders, quotations, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient with MS Office and good organizational skills.
