Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mastery of both accounting and human resources functions, contributing to the financial and operational success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Handle payroll processing and related statutory submissions.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR-related reports.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and HR roles, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR systems (e.g., HRIS).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
