- Position : Accounts cum HR Executive -FULL SETS/PAYROLL
- Location : Holland Village
- Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am-6.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5700+ AWS + Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts.
- Prepare payments and staff reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
- Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
- Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
- Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
- Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
- High command of Chinese to liaise with China HQ.
- Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.
- Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
- Prepare overseas Director remuneration and withholding tax matters.
- Prepare and submit of IR8A.
- Responsible for MOM-related matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
- Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
