Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls through hotline, emails, and correspondences form customers and relevant parties.
- Handle quotations, create purchase orders, prepare shipping documents and communicate with external forwarder to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Register, process and coordinate in customers'orders Provide service and sales order confirmation when applicable.
- Provide quality responses to delivery, price, and requests for assigned customers accounts.
- Registration/update of specific customer and vendor information in the system
- Update/change customer master data in the system (Autocount software)
- Responsible for processing accounting entries, handle AR/AP transactions and ensuring timely preparation of Statement of Accounts for overdue settlement.
- To assist HR/Finance where necessary such as filing statutory requirement, government subsidy reimbursement, organizing training and paperwork relating to training and development activities and filing of necessary record.
- Communicates with customers promptly and friendly
- Any other duties assigned by the director/Management Team
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business administration or related discipline
- Possess knowledge in using Microsoft Office / Autocount Accounting Software
- Preferably with relevant experience will be advantageous
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Details oriented and able to multi-task
- Organized and meticulous
- Able to start work immediately
