Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full set of accounts including Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables
  • Ensure issue invoices and tracking of receivable and payable
  • Verify and reimbursement of account payable / claims etc
  • Liaise with various departments, internal and external vendors and banking facilities
  • Ensure expenses and receivable are compliance with standard operating procedures
  • All necessary documentation Issue invoices and tracking of incoming payment
  • Verify and reimbursement of claims and account payable
  • Perform administrative duties as assign and comply to ISO / OSHA standards
  • All necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in financial institute with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in using SAP/ERP will be an advantage
  • Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.
