Accounts Executive - 5 months maternity cover

Job Description

• Maintain full sets of accounts and full spectrum of accounting duties
• Liaise with operation staff on daily accounting and administrative issues
• Follow up on AR collections
• Handle bank reconciliations, monitor cashflow and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of monthly financial reports and schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Resolve any system/operational issues
• Liaise with banks, auditors and tax agents
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requisites

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling full set of accounts
• Meticulous and detailed with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Take initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command in both English and Chinese in order to liase with Chinese speaking associates
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to start immediately
