Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Tagore Industrial Ave
Working Hours:
- 5 Days, (Mon Fri, 9 am 6 pm; Sat, 9 am 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Compute and reconcile customer/ supplier account balances with overall totals.- Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
Accurately input timely data into the accounting system.
- Maintain precise financial records and prepare statements.
Perform month-end closing activities and procedures.- Handle payroll transactions using the company accounting system.
Record and manage all business transactions using principles of double-entry accounting.
- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
Document transactions for sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.- Generate system reports from the accounting system for managements usage.
Utilize IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
Professional certificate/ qualification in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proficient in using MS Excel and accounting software.
