Summary:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for learning and growing a career in an expanding Corporate and Accounting Services company in Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain clients accounts - accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts
- Assist in GST Filing and maintaining proper filing of accounting statements and records
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
- Take up additional duties to support the team
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability
- Proficient in computer skills and high efficiency in Microsoft Office
