Be part of the Finance team in providing timely and effective support by handling daily finance matters and analysis on accounting figures.
Handle all accounting transactions of the company, month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial report and analysis.
Prepare monthly cash flow projection, liaise with customers on debt recovery- Prepare quarterly GST return
Assist in the preparation of company's annual budget
- Administer SAPB1 system and assist in system integration and modification
Liaise with tax agent on corporate income tax filing- Liaise with corporate secretary on secretarial matters
Provide relevant financial input to facilitate business operations and decision making
- Liaise with external auditors on statutory audit
Cover office admin duties when necessary- Implement and fine-tune internal control measures
Assist in performing ad hoc internal audit of subsidiaries
- Follow up on MCST matters relating to the Company
Any other duties as may be assigned
Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent- Minimum 3 years of audit and/or accounting experience
Possess sharp, analytical and inquiring mind
- Self-driven, hands-on, street smart and independent with good time management
Proficient in Excel- Sound local tax knowledge
Experience in SAPB1 system is an advantage
