Accounts Executive

Job Scope

• To keep and handle full set of accounts
• To prepare monthly closing of financial statements
• To prepare month-end Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet schedules to ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to supervisor
• To prepare GST reporting and filing
• To assist on budgeting, financial analysis
• To perform quarterly stock take
• To liaise with external auditors and tax agent for audits and tax related matters and prepare financial statements
• Performs other Accounts-ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Able to perform Full Set of accounts.
• At least 1-3 years working experience, Fresh Graduates welcome
• Able to use MS Excel, MS Word.
• Good analytical skills & details orientated.
• Positive altitude, self-motivated and willingness to accept new challenges
• Have own initiative and able to work independently
• Experience in HR-related duties such as Payroll, CPF submission, etc.,
