Position: Accounts Executive
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting activities and group/statutory reporting of 2-3 entities. We're looking for a dynamic individual with strong competencies and technical skills. You are someone who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management and organizational skills and are motivated to learn and grow in your role.

- Personal effectiveness: Able to organise work to be completed according to deadlines, multitask, organise and good time management. Ability to handle high volumes and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing & Collections
- Accounts Payable: Record supplier/consultant invoices & payments
- General Ledger & Fixed Asset: Journals, reconciliations, month-end closing
- Statutory: GST & any other indirect tax returns, audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
- Group reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly
- Liaise with project team, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting & finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting system would be an advantage
- Prior experience in outsourced accounting services company or MNC group finance handling multiple entities for advertising, consultancy, services will be highly relevant.
