Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant accounting certification
- 3 years or more financial accounting experience
- 2 years MYOB full set experience including accounts set up for new companies
- Experience in property development or Construction Industry is a definite advantage
- Knowledge of budgeting and variance analysis a plus
- Only Singaporean
- Able to commence work immediately or at short notice
Job Duties:
- Maintain & manage full sets of accounts for at least 3 companies
- Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Monthly rolling cashflow forecast
- Preparing monthly management reports
- Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner
- Handle Petty Cash
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Issuing of sales invoices
- Assist in yearly audit and tax computation
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met
- Liaise with banks, main contractors, vendors, customers, etc for financing documentation
- Undertake filings and other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
