Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Issuance of invoices, monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger.
• Responsible for monthly financial closing processes
• Assist in year end Audit and company tax filing
• Prepare tax workings for statutory reporting, compliance of tax filing, quarterly GST submission
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax environment
• Preferably have a good knowledge of QuickBooks or Accounting software's
• Knowledge of ACRA reporting and fair knowledge of Company Law in Singapore.

Requirementsin

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related professional qualification.
• Diploma in Accounts and Taxation, with minimum 3 years of Experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced Level).
• Positive, good working attitude, willing to contribute and able to work independently.
