JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
- . Responsible for GL closing for reporting.
- . Preparation of monthly balance sheets, PL statements and other financial reports for Holding companies reporting.
- . Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
- . Preparation of monthly reporting schedules.
- . Preparation of journal vouchers/entries.
- . Maintain fixed assets listing.
- . Responsible for GST submission.
- . Responsible for closing of AP functions - matching of supplier's invoices, reconcile of supplier's statement, perform AP data entries, reconcile of AP ledge with bank account, monitor and follow up unmatched PO and filling of documents.
- . Preparation of survey and statistic forms.
- . Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- . Degree in Accountancy.
- . Minimum 2 years of handling full set accounts/GL and AP experience.
- . Experience in trading and e-commerce environment preferred.
